**What is the difference between a transfer and hourly van hire?**

A transfer is priced for one journey, A to B, and the van leaves once you have arrived. Hourly hire keeps the vehicle and driver with you, so you can hold the van through a meeting, a meal or a shopping stop. If you have more than two stops, a half or full day is usually cheaper than adding hours one at a time.

**Is the driver's waiting time included?**

Ask which waiting periods are covered by your booked hourly or daily window. Waiting beyond the booked window is overtime, and airport waiting after a landing is normally treated as its own allowance. **Can I hire a van with a driver for a whole month in Bangkok?**

**Do your drivers speak English?**

Thai is the first language of the chauffeur team, and English-speaking chauffeur availability needs to be confirmed for your date. If your day depends on conversation — a sightseeing route, a client you are hosting, an elderly passenger travelling alone — ask for it when you book rather than hoping on the day. **How far in advance should I book?**

For a standard Bangkok transfer, a day or two is usually enough.
